If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return your item (s) for a prompt refund or exchange within 3 days of receipt. Refunds are credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds will be executed within 5 days after the item has been received at our office and inspected to make sure it is in its original condition. If the item that has been returned is not in its original condition we will communicate with the buyer to come to an agreement as to the restocking fee we will charge to compensate seller for the damage that might have been done to the item by the buyer. If the item is returned in bad condition which deems the item not fit for resale the seller reserves the right to not provide a refund at all. The buyer needs to return the item in its original condition in order to receive a full or partial refund. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. "Buyer's remorse" is not considered a reason for refund. We inspect each item before shipment to ensure an optimal quality is received by the buyer. Custom orders are non-refundable/returnable as they are tailored for you, they are no longer a standard size item.
